☑ 100% biogas utilization
The stored biogas can be fully expelled, which is hard to achieve with traditional gas holders.
☑ Light weight
It weighs a fraction of its traditional counterpart. This offers substantial advantages in manufacturing, transportation, and installation, while significantly reducing construction time and material costs.
☑ No long-term maintenance needed
The membrane is made of a highly anti-corrosion material and can last over 15 years in a biogas environment. Additionally, it is welded using hot-melt technology, eliminating the need for regular maintenance during service.
☑ Save money, time and labor
Thanks to its compact and lightweight design, and the fact that the membrane is pre-shaped in the factory, on-site installation requires as little as 1–2 days.
☑ Anti-freezing
Since there is no water in the internal structure, there is no risk of freezing in cold climates.
☑ Keep warm
Air is an effective medium for thermal insulation. The air layer between the two membrane layers provides superior heat retention compared to traditional gas holders.
☑ Artistic
The membrane’s primary color is greyish white, which can be easily matched with surrounding environments. Meanwhile, the spheroidal design offers an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
☑ Comparatively safe when accidents happen
Biogas is flammable. However, in the event of an explosion, the system generates far fewer projectiles than storages made of hard materials.
☑ Easy to repair and remove
In the event of unexpected damage, most maintenance can be carried out easily on site. For example, if a gas leak occurs, applying a small patch is sufficient.
☑ Fire protection
The membrane material is non-flammable and meets European fire protection standard B1.
